How are your courses different to other training companies?
Our courses and programs are high-impact and measurable. We don’t just show up for a day and leave you to it and hope for the best.
We conduct a survey with your staff before and after to clearly outline the improvements.
We also provide you with ongoing support post training, to ensure the new skills and behaviours taught are implemented and followed up.
We will work with your leaders to help them implement and foster the new behaviours and skills into their teams and manage them on an ongoing basis.
We can also conduct a Training Needs Analysis to identify any gaps in your teams skills and behaviours and customise training to suit your individual needs.
How long are the courses?
Our off the shelf courses are all 1 day except for the positive leadership course which is 1, 2 or 3 days depending on your needs.
Can we do the training off site?
We can do the training anywhere that suits you, as long as we have access to nearby parking (we bring a lot of fun stuff).
How much are the courses?
Course prices can differ depending on location, group size and quantity needed – discounts are given for multiple bookings and repeat bookings. We also have discounts for Not For Profit organisations.

What time do to they start?
Courses typically run between 10.00am and 4.30pm, however these can be changed to suit your business needs.
Can we book a weekend?
We are always happy to accommodate your business needs. If this means running a Saturday course or weekend Leadership Training Retreats, we will.
What is the minimum amount of staff I can book in a course?
We will charge a minimum of 10 staff into a session, however you can have as few as you like attend. We only allow up to 15 in any course to ensure everyone has the attention and care they need to get the most out of the day.
