How do I get in?

All you need to do is have your Leadership Team trained in the HWA Positive Leadership course to ensure they have the skills and ability to develop the HWA Positive Workplace Culture throughout the entire organisation.

You will also need to put at least 80% of your staff through the Emotional Intelligence and Mindfulness course where they will learn Self-awareness, Self-regulation, Social Skills, Motivation and Empathy so they have required skills to enable them to build and perpetuate the positive culture in support of the leaders.
